Automatic Cardboard Tubes Cutting Machine

Fabrimática has designed a full automatic and modular machine based on the structural concept of our cartesian robots to perform specific cutting operations of cardboard tubes of different dimensions.

Tasks:

The purpose of this equipment is to recover cardboard tubes with crushed ends, cutting disks and disposing of the damaged ends. Likewise it can cut disks of different widths to use them as supplement for the tubes that have been short cut.

The re-utilization of these cardboard tubes have allowed our main customers to significantly reduce manufacturing costs, recovering the investment in less than a year.
