Boxing / Crating robots

An AC servo motor-driven cartesian robot, with special gripper systems adapted to the product to be placed in a box, crate or tray.

Applications:

To place into boxes, trays or crates any type of products such as:

• Cans,
• jars,
• packs
• bags
• boxes,
• bottles,
• soap bars,
• parts, etc.

The loading is vertical, the product is prepared and positioned on the accumulation conveyor which is part of our equipment.

The gripper or clapping system is adaptable to the product to be packed, so that there are solutions for vacuum gripping, pick-up hands, bottle grippers, pneumatic arms, etc.
Due to their modular characteristic, our robots can be configured to place into crates one or many boxes simultaneously.

• Production capacity: 15 cycles/minute – 900 cycles/ hour, 1 or many boxes simultaneously.
• Loading capacity: 50 kg. and 100 kg .
