Palletiser / Depalletiser Robot

Our palletiser or depalletiser robots are 2-4 axis CA servo driven cartesian robots with special gripper systems that we have developed to pick up different type of products and arranging them on a pallet.

Applications:

Due to its modular design, adaptable to each need, different products can be placed on pallets such as:

  • cartons,
  • trays,
  • crates,
  • cans,
  • jars,
  • packs,
  • bags,
  • parts, etc.


The clapping system or gripper is adaptable to the product to be packed, so that there are solutions for vacuum gripping, pick-up hands, bottle grippers, pneumatic arms, grippers combinations, etc.

The Full Layer Palletiser Robot has been developed for palletising a full line of carbonated beverages (Pet containers). This robot is integrated to layer forming systems, automatic conveyors, strapping machines, wrapping machines making up a full palletising center. This equipment can also be adapted to other applications such as full layer palletizer of bags, cartons, bales, etc.

  • Loading capacity: from 50 kg to 150 kg. We have various equipment options depending on the product and production conditions.
  • Gripper systems specially adapted to each type of product.

Full Layer Palletiser Robot

  • Maximum moving speed: 4 meters / second.
  • Operation cycle time from 4 to 15 seconds, depending to the equipment and
  • product.
  • Production capacity: 100 to 200 cycles or layers / hour.
  • Loading capacity: 700 kg.
  • Special gripper systems to grip a full layer of products.
